X-news! CASE Fun Fiesta, a spectacular and long-awaited event took place on Monday, December 6. An interesting batch-wise competition in many exciting games like Ludo, Chess, Scrabble, Fus-Ball and Tug-of-War took place. A group of students from Bahria College (E-8, Naval Complex) visited CIIT today. There were chaperoned by a couple of teachers as they were shown around the campus. A trip has been arranged by the Bio sciences department that is to go on 12 December,2010. this trip is for the students of this department only. The trip is scheduled to go to Rohtas Fort and Katas Temple, both of which are archeological assets of Pakistan. Rohtas fort has also been inducted by UNESCO in the World Heritage List. Challan forms were uploaded on COMSIS today. The challan forms, for fees payable for the spring ’11 session see an increase in the amount of fee to be payed. Fee increases by 4,000/- rupees as notified by Xnews CIIT some weeks ago. Students do not seem to like this particular step by the university, many questioning the very reason for it.
